Driving customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction through seasonal tournaments and a brand-new loyalty program.

I joined Ultra Club as an early Product & Strategy Specialist. I helped build and launch The Circuit, a competitive seasonal tournament series. I led the strategy and roadmap for a flagship booking app, featuring AI video highlights, real-time leaderboards, and a loyalty program designed to drive long-term member retention. These initiatives contributed to 10,000+ new customers, $2M+ in GMV, and a ~52% increase in court occupancy, from ~3,600 to ~5,500 hours per month.

From hand-sewing samples in my living room to running a global supply chain that sold out 84 SKUs.

I founded What is SNDR? out of my living room during the pandemic, hand-sewing samples from scratch to bring the concept to life. Validating demand through social media, I decided to see how far I could take it. What started as a passion project became a multi-year journey through product development, manufacturing, supply chains, and brand building. While generating over $40K in sales and selling out 84 SKUs left me with more questions than answers, it nevertheless provided a valuable education in entrepreneurship.

As Product Manager at The Cobblers, I developed Craftyz OS — a comprehensive business management suite built for aftercare artisans. The platform consolidates everything into one place: quote processing, order and timeline management, customer communication, and marketplace marketing through The Cobblers network. Piloted by 4 artisans who processed over $1.8M in quotes and connected with 4,000+ customers in the first 3 months, Craftyz OS is now the operating backbone for 150+ artisans across The Cobblers marketplace, generating ~$30M annually.
