These initiatives contributed to 10,000+ new customers, $2M+ in GMV, and a ~52% increase in court occupancy, from ~3,600 to ~5,500 hours per month.

Built and launched Craftyz OS, an AI-powered business management platform for artisans. Craftyz OS is now the operating backbone for 150+ artisans across The Cobblers marketplace, processing ~$30M in GMV annually.

Established partnerships with 15 luxury retailers in South Florida, including Louis Vuitton, Christian Louboutin, Balenciaga and Valentino, growing regional market presence.

Research & Development Specialist
Transformed a nascent restoration service into a primary revenue driver — pioneering CNC and additive manufacturing workflows that captured 58% of lead volume and delivered a 65% improvement to our turnaround times. I also expanded the offering by developing mold-making and casting workflows that addressed an entirely unmet customer need.
